These shocks are V2 and contain parts from our new 1/5th Baja Big Bore Shocks fully made by Innovative-RC.
These shocks are fully designed to be used with Innovative-RC LST Shock mounting kit for mounting the shocks onto the HPI savage (all Models).

Starting with a large oversized shock body of 20mm giving a huge volume of oil followed by a 8mm high tensile steel shaft that is precision ground round for a perfect seal in all conditions as opposed to 4mm (RTR) these shocks are a big bore shock just like the LST1/LST2 shocks and contain an oil bleed hole located in the shock cap to allow for easy assembly and getting every last bit of air out of the shock when fully assembled.

No large shock shaft would be complete with out a full Umbrella / Oil seals to give the best possible oil seal, making leaks a thing of the past. we have also built other seals into the shock bottom cap to limit any dirt & sand entering into the shock seals from harsh environments meaning no expensive seal upgrades are needed.

The shock body contains a fully adjustable spring retaining ring for full adjustment of the shock spring to fine tune shock setup to any drivers needs and requirements when out bashing or racing on & off road.

All parts are made from high grade derlin while alll aluminium parts are made from high grade 6082-T6 and anodized to a hard durable finish.
Shock Shafts are a massive 8mm thick & made from high grade steel for long life when bashing.
Shocks are available in a black, clear/Silver & Blue anodized finish.

These shocks come fully complete and just need oil adding, we recommend an oil of around 35 ~ 40wt but this is down to the customers needs and area of use etc.

We find we do get asked this question quite often, please use the bellow as a guide line only, as we can not know your driving style and likes but we find it helps most people get started on there way to a set-up they like, also custom pistons can help in shock rebound rates (see shock parts for blank pistons and other piston types)
