By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers any and all other logistical companies involved with processing your order).

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and containing the details of your order (This is not a receipt of goods untill we have fully completed your order to status shipped).
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've despatched that product to you.
That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the despatch confirmation e-mail to you. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in a despatch confirmation e-mail to have been despatched, do not form part of that contract.
