We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time.
Express delivery to mainland UK destinations is usually next day, although not guaranteed.
We request mainland UK customers requiring this service to place their order before 2.00pm.
International orders are shipped using stnadard airmail or a trackable and insured carrier service.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage.
If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay - any damage to an item needs to be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 7 working days of the date of despatch 14working days for international.
Cancellation of Order and Returns
As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your own cost . We advise you to ensure the goods are well packed and adequately insured during any return journey that you organise.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs we may have incurred for collection.
Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods, which should be in as new condition.
