Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and our Terms and Conditions do not affect these.

Making a purchase
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers any and all other logistical companies involved with processing your order).
We will not use your details for any other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and containing the details of your order (This is not a receipt of goods untill we have fully completed your order to status shipped).
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've despatched that product to you.
That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the despatch confirmation e-mail to you. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in a despatch confirmation e-mail to have been despatched, do not form part of that contract.

Our website information is regularly checked, but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order you can be sure we will contact you to ask if you wish to proceed.

Delivery
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time.
Express delivery to mainland UK destinations is usually next day, although not guaranteed.
We request mainland UK customers requiring this service to place their order before 2.00pm.
International orders are shipped using stnadard airmail or a trackable and insured carrier service.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage.
If you find a defective or damaged item please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay - any damage to an item needs to be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 7 working days of the date of despatch 14working days for international.

Cancellation of Order and Returns
As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your own cost . We advise you to ensure the goods are well packed and adequately insured during any return journey that you organise.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs we may have incurred for collection.
Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods, which should be in as new condition.

Warranty
Any items indicated with a life time warranty, this indicates the life time of the product which implys but not limited to, while item is listed on this website as stocked & for sale, Item is still manufactered by Innovative-RC. if an item is no longer made &/or stocked &/or sold by innovative-rc we have the right to refuse to warranty any claims on any or all items made by any customer at any time. life time warranty is only vlaid for items manufactured by innovative-rc unless indicated otherwise.

These terms and conditions do not effect your customer consumer rights under UK law.

Liability
The following liabilities are not limited or excluded (and nothing elsewhere in the Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as so doing):

(a) Innovative-RC liability for (i) death or personal injury resulting from its negligence; (ii) for fraud; (iii) under section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979; or (iv) for any other liability which may not by applicable law be excluded or limited; and

(b) your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to those liabilities not being limited or excluded, Innovative-RC shall not be liable (whether in contract, negligence or otherwise and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law) for any:

(a) loss of business, profits, sales, revenue, bargain, opportunity or goodwill;

(b) indirect, special or consequential loss or damage;

(c) interruption to business;

(d) delays or interruptions in access to or operation of the website;

(e) loss of, loss of use of, or damage or corruption to, any software or data or computer equipment;

(f) loss or damages of any kind incurred as a result of use of any links on the website or third party sites to which those links point;

(g) computer viruses, system failure or malfunctions which may occur in connection with your use of the website;

(h) waste of management or other staff time; or

(i) events beyond our reasonable control.

Use of the website is provided free of charge (other than your normal internet connectivity charges) and you acknowledge that you access the site solely at your own risk on an "as is" and "as available" basis and that:

(referred to in the Terms and Conditions as "Innovative-RC", "us" or "we") All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rates where indicated (but exclusive of delivery charges) and are correct at the time of posting. We reserve the right to change prices on the website, or add, withdraw or change the description or specification of, any goods on the website, without prior notice to you.

There is a delivery charge for all goods purchased which will be indicated on the order screen.

Order and delivery process
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock. We will confirm your order automatically by email (using the email address you supply to us when you register) when your order is received by us. Your order is an offer to buy from Innovative-RC and no contract of sale will exist between Innovative-RC and you until we send you the order confirmation by email.

We will contact you if the item(s) you have ordered are not available from stock., indicating approximate delivery time to the extent reasonably possible. You will then have the option either to wait for delivery or to cancel your order by contacting us at and we will provide a full refund. This is without prejudice to any other cancellation or termination rights you may have, including your right of withdrawal.

The title to goods purchased will only pass following payment by you in full. Goods ordered will be delivered by courier or by post. Delivery times will be as indicated on the order screen.

Payment
All transactions will be processed in £ Sterling. Unless stated otherwise anywhere on the website, payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta, or Switch debit card or PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before or at the time of the dispatch of your goods. You warrant and confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours and that you are legally entitled to use it to make the purchase.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the relevant card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion.

General cancellation right
We want you to be happy with goods purchased from Innovative-RC. You have a general right to cancel your order from the moment you place it with us until seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods. This general right does not affect your rights in respect of damaged or faulty goods (see section 6 below). In order to cancel you should:

(a) notify us in writing either by (i) writing to Innovative-RC or (ii) emailing; [email protected] and

(b) return the goods to the above address at your own expense.

When returning the goods please enclose the original delivery note that came with the goods and give the reason for the return as "Cancellation". For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Following your cancellation we will provide a refund for the price you paid for the goods against your original credit/debit card details. We reserve the right to recover from this amount the cost of recovering the goods from you or the cost of you returning the goods to us if they are sent at our expense.

Damaged or faulty goods
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights in respect of sale of goods. Please return any damaged or faulty goods with the original packaging to the address set out in section 5 above, giving the reason for the return as "Damaged" or "Faulty".

Our guarantee is for 6 months.  If the products under 30 days we will refund any shipping costs.

All returned goods are the responsibility of the buyers until we have signed for the packaged, when returning is important that the goods are insured..
