3x Black  Aluminium Diff Cup for the Thunder Tiger RC Models V2

NOTE
Cross Pin set (3.5mm pins) are required or stock pins need to be chamfered to fit the Alli cups over the stock plastic version, this can be done with a dremel or file , alternative Innovative-RC make diff pins to pre fit these cups - Ask us for more information if needed.
This is due to use closing up the cross pin length to give a better seal face onto the diff cup around the gaskets due to user feedback.

This cup is a direct replacement for the Front, Rear & Center differential over the stock plastic cups.

These cups are made from high grade 6082-T6 aluminium and clear anodized for a hard wearing long life surface.

ER-1, EB-4 S3, ST-1 Pro, EB-4 S3 Rall Game, EB-4 S3 Pro racing kit, EB-4 G3 Brushless Bugger & MT4 G3 4wd Monster Truck. May fit other models also in TT range.
 

Each Cup Includes:-
1x Diff Cup case.
1x Diff Gasket.
2x Hardened Gear Pins.
4x Countersunk socket cap Screws.
2x Diff Cup O-Rings

Required Parts:-
DIff Gears , Oil & Bearing.

Please Note,
Each Cup may need shimming different to each gear set and not all shims may be needed from the gear sets. Good idea to check mesh and setup before filling with oil.

Loctite all screws into the cup so they do not back out.. Blue Loctite recomended.
