Delivery Information
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time as this is due to delivery services used.

Main Land Customers
We can offer express delivery options to mainland UK destinations, this is usually next day, although not guaranteed.
We request mainland UK customers requiring this service to place their order before 2.00pm for Royal Mail options or by 10am for next day courier (DHL or Fedex)
This is due to our cut off times for requesting pick ups for our area.

International Customers
International orders are shipped using the following options depends on weight, value & destination
Royal Mail airmail (non tracked)
Royal Mail Airmail tracked & Signed
Royal Mail Airmail track or signed only
DHL Exspress World Wide (2-4 day depends on location)
FedEx Exspress (2-4 day depends on location) & Economy (5-7 day depends on location)

Delivery of goods
Please inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you think the item is damaged or the package looks broken please notify us right away or refuse delivery to have it returned to us.
If you find a defective or damaged item after opening please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay - any damage to an item needs to be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.
Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 14 working days for UK or 22 days international of the date of despatched.

Cancellation of Order and Returns
As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your own cost . We advise you to ensure the goods are well packed and adequately insured during any return journey that you organise.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs we may have incurred for collection.
Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods, which should be in as new condition.
